What are the shipping fees?
Hong Kong Domestic & Macau
- Her's uses SF Express or Fedex for these areas.
- A standard fee of HKD30 will be charged for orders below HKD500.
- FREE SHIPPING on a single order over HKD500.
CHINA/ TAIWAN
- Her's uses SF Express or Fedex for these areas.
- A standard shipping fee of HKD60 will be charged for orders below HKD800.
- All custom issues and/or fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- FREE SHIPPING on a single order over HKD800.
ASIA
- Her's uses FEDEX for these areas.
- A standard shipping fee of USD20 will be charged for orders below USD100.
- All custom issues and/or fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- FREE SHIPPING on a single order over USD100.
INTERNATIONAL
- Her's uses FEDEX to ship all international orders.
- A standard shipping fee of USD35 will be charged for orders below USD200.
- All custom issues and/or fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- FREE SHIPPING on a single order over USD200.
PLEASE NOTE!
- Customers will receive an e-mail notification when an order has been shipped.
- For Hong Kong domestic orders, please pick up your parcel within 3 days. In the case that your order is returned to us, any extra shipping fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
- For all other orders apart from Hong Kong, we do not accept any returns/ exchange.
