Membership Eligibility, Changes, and Right to Termination of the VIP Program
The Her's VIP program exists for the benefit of the customer and is limited to one account per individual. Her's reserves the right to modify or adapt program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the program, by posting such changes on the Her's website. The existence of the program is in no way guaranteed by Her's, and the program may be terminated at any time.
Her's has the right to exclude individuals from the program at its sole discretion. Any abuse of the program, failure to follow program rules, or lapse in eligibility, may result in membership being revoked. Membership is non-transferable and membership purchases must be made by the member. If your membership is revoked or otherwise cancelled, the benefits associated with your membership account will no longer be valid.
