Refunds & Returns

• We DO NOT accept refund & returns once a payment is made.

Exchange

• Exchange is available within 3 days of shipment arrival. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags.
For all the exchange, shipping cost will need to be paid by buyer, and Her's Fashion Store will send the exchanged items for free.
